When I told my sensitive (towards herself) yet blunt (towards others) almost grown daughter about the name of my blog she said, "I don't get it." After my rather lengthy explanation she remarked, "Well, if it's a reference to your age you should at least call it Early Autumn." I told her I was trying to be poetic. Her reply --- "try again."
Nope. What's done is done. A few years ago my overly-sensitive ego would have been wounded. Not anymore. I can't help but marvel at my new found maturity.
